Sudden Death

There is no more distressing than a patient who dies suddenly! As it happened today

The patient was suspected of encephalopathy due to poisoning and was irritable for one day, I was tasked with following on him by hourly chart, last time I checked on him before my duty was finished his spo2 was 99%, HR 99,, I felt pleased thinking this is an improvement,, after half an hour… the patient passed!
